Door Issues....Advice Needed

On my front right passenger door I have several visaul problems, first the black striping that runs down the side of car seems to be falling off/rusting. Is there any replacement for this? Also right above the striping there are two spots were the paint bulges out, do I sand these off and touch it up? It seems to only really effect this door, any advice is needed...thanks

Most/all gen 1 SHO do this. That is if you live in the rust belt. Sanding it down and touching it up will solve the problem temporarly. The only real fix would be to buy a new door.
