hey guys. there is a product i found on ebay that i thought looked pretty cool so i researched it a little. basically, they r some kind of vinyl overlay for our slicers that come in a variety of colors. they go over the spokes and leave the lip the factory color. anyways, i email this guy and got some more info on them. basically, u can get them for the spoke or for the centercap. u can also mix and match spoke and cap colors too. they seem pretty cool and they r only $35.00 for a set for the spokes and centercaps. u can find them on ebay but the guy said he would sell them anytime i wanted them. check em out and c what ya think. its an inexpensive way to make the slicers look a lot better imo. fwiw, when i get off work at 9 i am gonna post some pics that he sent me. lastly, the ones he has made r for directional slicers but he said if i let him know which way the non directional slicers went, he would gladly make some for them also. he is also a SHO owner so i told him about the forum. who knows, maybe **** show up and say hi. if ya need or want any more info just ask me on here. i have his email and cell phone. i should be gettin a chrome set as soon as i get my new SHO which sould be in a few weeks. im gonna either go chrome, red, or black, for an 89 red SHO.

Thanks Sean and hi guys!
I currently have wheel color panels for both my newly acquired '94 SHO and my brothers '01 ZX3 six-spoke alloys. I'm working on some other cool external mods for my SHO test mule, and should have them ready for release very soon. Being new to this board, i'm not going to ruffle any feathers by posting any pics or anything like that...but... Info/pics can be emailed mailto:[email protected][email protected]</a> or call 412-302-2081 EST.
Thanks!
Pete

How are these things going to hold up with washing, rain, etc?

The last thing I want to do is run through a high pressure wash and find out the stuff shredded and now looks like crap.

I'm rather leary of them for this reason, but my vote can be swayed once I have more info...

I like the theory behind, it, though... thumb
