Just did a digital dash swap, and ran some data wires from my ECM to the dash; then noticed pins 15 and 16 don't have wires coming out of the harness to my cluster. Any schematics I have indicate that only flex fuel vehicles with digital clusters utilize these wires. Does anyone know what these wires do exactly (with regards to the cluster)? Wondering if I should remove them since I can't use them with the cluster... or another option would be to put pins into the connector and connect them- but I am not sure what purpose they serve as everything seems to be functioning with the new cluster.

I'm assuming the cluster is able to do all of its MPG / distance to empty calculations based on data from the "Fuel Flow Data" wire coming from the PCM. Also curious how this works if anyone knows.
