Hey getting ready to mod the SHO. With Warranty in mind I was thinking livernois tune 3 bar and possibly CAI. I wanted to know how hard and time consuming to swap it out for trips to the dealer. Just want to make her look stock again and I know the tune and 3 bar are easy.

CAI takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Two bolts, one sensor to disconnect and two hose clamps to loosen. If you only loosen one clamp it makes it a little difficult to get the air intake in. If you loosen both clamps it is extremely easy.

I just installed the K&N kit. It took me about 30 minutes, but I'm pretty meticulous about these things :)

Man, you can really hear the turbos and blow-off valve after installing it. I don't know if it's any faster, but it sounds cool!

No need to pull the intake for warranty work honestly.

I made my own intake from 3" pvc and k&n filter. I know it's some back yard engineering but it works great. No box around it yet but damn can you hear the turbos! Pvc also has some heat insulation properties to it as well.
