Do i did the muffler delete and its okay but not great . I'm going to leave it bc im lazy and its loud and gets me races . Have you guys ever thought about of has anyone done some j pipes on it to cut down on resonance. Solo performance did this with the 5th gen camaro . So i'm not nuts and making this up .My cousin had it on his g8 gt and it did make a difference.

I haven't seen them on a SHO. The theory is sound, the pipes need to be 1/4 the length of the wavelength you are trying to cancel. So the pipe length corresponded the the rpm to get drone.

Also, due to the acoustics of what you're doing it will actually cause a slight bump above and below the tuned frequency. So expect a reduction at the tuned frequency but a slight increase around that frequency. There is also some other resonance shifting happening at higher frequencies but you're not likely to notice those.
