It's something that happens with stronger materials that require higher temps to bond. The good part is its a known amount of shrinkage that can be accounted for by scaling the model. Also good part is the SLS printed part is very strong. Just sucks because the SLS printer I have access to has a queue which means I wait weeks to use it. I need to determine if the scaling needs to 3 or 4% and each time I test, it takes weeks.

Have you tried coughing on everyone else? I heard that will get you straight to the front of the line.
