Yeah....I've done mine as well. Similar technique. I used a hear gun and a plastic pry tool with a microfiber cloth wrapped around it

Those of us with Pontiac G8's love to de-badge and make them into Holden SSV's.....

My Brick is de-badged except for the "ecoboost" logo... Added a few "Turbo" logos and a small Ford oval in the center of my Carriage Works Grille.

But.... any Ford-ophile would know that our cars have the twin turbo engine due to the split exhaust tips!
