Data Q driver error

I can't seem to find a driver on the Data Q website that will work on my computer. Any one I download gives me an error saying it cannot run MS-DOS or windows programs because of a 16-bit system or somethin like that. Anyone else have this problem and know a solution or can direct me in the right direction. TIA, Chris

post your system specs. is it a fresh install or has the program been modified?

Are you trying to install the disk that came with the Data-Q? You're not supposed to.

It is a freah install. I did try and install the cd, but forgot I wsn't sopposed to. I then tried to find all files it may have put on my computer to delete them(couldn't find any). i then got on the DataQ website and downloaded the correct driver.....or so I thought. I got the same error as with the cd.
