The SWC Interface operates with a variety of vehicles that are equipped with steering wheel controls. The SWC converts the signal generated by the steering wheel control to an infrared signal that controls the aftermarket head-unit. The aftermarket head-unit must be equipped with an original infrared remote for the SWC to work. The SWC will work with Alpine, Clarion, Denon, Eclipse, JVC, Nakamichi, Kenwood, Panasonic, Pioneer, Rockford and Sony head units. Other radios with infrared remote controls may be able to use this system. Testing procedures for other head-units are included in the instructions. Forum Price $64.98

I havn't tried it out yet but my distributor says it works well. This product normally goes for $74.98. If i get more than 6 orders (group buy) I can take another 5 bucks off, leaving the price of $59.98. Plus shipping.

As long as you have a Remote with your head unit it will work and make the factory dash radio buttons function. I havn't tried this out yet ... I will come spring. Sorry.

Hmmmmmmmmm, this sounds like a bit of a gamble. Seems like some programming would need to be done, just like with any sort of universal remote. It's just for the three buttons correct? It could be pretty cool, but even that price is pretty steep to get three buttons to work on my dash with my Eclipse player that already has a wireless remote anyway. Let me know how it comes out.
