dash swap

just did a dash swap and my air bag light blinks like 3 or 4 times every 10 seconds or so...any suggestions?

Yup, the bulb is in the socket... pull it out and you have no more probs...


on a more serious note. check the blue boxed behiend the dash right side of the glove box, check that they are plugged in.

no the car is a 1993 and the dash is from a 1994 regular taurus. it fit and everything.. but the light blinks 5 times and than a pause and than once.

thats airbag code 51, Diagnostic Monitor Internal Thermal Fuse Blown Due to Intermittent Short to Ground. it means you need a new blue box sho dood was talking about
