Dash rattle (speedometer)

Anyone taken apart the dash or have any tips for doing so. Small plastic piece on the bottom right below the speedometer is rattling when hitting any bumps and driving me nuts. Was thinking if I could just get to the bottom of the piece I could stick a couple small pieces of dynomat to maybe stop the problem.
