The LSSHOC only really exist on this forum anymore... I was in the original club when it was at it peak back around 2001 ish but everyone in Houston area has just vanished myself included, not sure what happened to the group as it seamed it was doing well...I sold my white SHO in 2003 and that is why i stopped...good luck in your search as I think I am the only one left from the Houston area..Not even sure if anyone checks these anymore or if there are any owners on here in the area but lets put something together.
You can bet, once mine is back on the road again I myself will be reaching out to get some TX cars together even if i have to drive all over the state to do it...I love road trips so no biggie, pitaSHO I know would be down as well.Yeah, it sucks everyone just up and vanished. We had a meet in dfw back in 03 or 04. Quite a few of us there. Just from me saying I was coming through the area and wanted to meet up. Now it takes an act of Congress.

He is trying to get his account recovered as we speak so he will be back on here soon.Hey I know pitaSHO from when he was up here in the northwest. Ya both my wife and I are considered essential workers as well but she's working from home, I'm still recovering from surgery I had in January and we have a newborn at home so that's why we aren't in any rush to leave the house.Im down in Pearland, this COVID thing hasnt affected me any, my wife I am are essential workers so life just goes on and hasnt changed any for us other than just fewer people in the everyday.
gotcha, yeah i had 2 somewhat emergency surgeries at end of Jan beginning of Feb... so I can relate...just now starting to feel somewhat normal but I got a car to build so no time to sit around for me. I was in the middle of demo'ing my kitchen getting ready for remodel and started having a ton of pain...i did the demo by myself for 5 days like that and on the 6th day i sat down and told my wife i need a break an her being a nurse convinced be that it would be a good idea to get checked out, so i drove myself to ER while she stayed with cabinet contractors and sheetrock guys and 2 hrs after going in I was admitted and had surgery the next day, then they had to go back in the third day again for another procedure... I told them I took myself off pain meds that night and they discharged me the next morning because they were not making any money off me by pushing meds.... changed water heater same day i was discharged (with help from invaluable friends) and picked up the SHO from paint 2 days after that....one could say I have an extremely hi pain tolerance...Now that's true dedication right there!

or I'm just a gluten for punishment.Oh wow!! You're story is better than mine, all I did was step in a hole and fractured my ankle back in August of last year and my company was too cheap to pay for an MRI so they gave me a few weeks of PT hoping I would just magically get better. When I didn't return to work they finally got me an MRI and realized it was fractured so I needed surgery. I've been on disability for going on almost 9 months now, so I'm used to being at home. I was doing the whole quarantine thing before it was cool and everyone was doing it.I was in the middle of demo'ing my kitchen getting ready for remodel and started having a ton of pain...i did the demo by myself for 5 days like that and on the 6th day i sat down and told my wife i need a break an her being a nurse convinced be that it would be a good idea to get checked out, so i drove myself to ER while she stayed with cabinet contractors and sheetrock guys and 2 hrs after going in I was admitted and had surgery the next day, then they had to go back in the third day again for another procedure...
