in the last two weeks, I've done front and rear struts and mounts. Monroe Sensetracs, Eibachs, and monroe mounts. I also put in HD POLYURETHANE rear endlinks.

I have this terrible rattling/buzzing/vibrating in the rear strut area. It is most severe over washboards on the gravel, and small, frequent bumps. Everything has been checked and triple checked for tightness, and the strut assembly is put together correctly on both sides.

I have yet to take the endlinks off to see if they are to blame, and I'm thinking the Poly may be a little too hard. I would have gone with TPR, but I needed them NOW, and that was the only choice other than stock rubber. I have 4 green stock TPR bushings I may put on the strut mount to the link.

The noise almost goes away when their is weight on the rear. (I rode in the trunk while my dad drove.):nut:

Thanks!!

Only in Nebraska... Anywhere else and that is considered kidnapping/smuggling a child across state lines.

Sorry, this was a useless post. Best of luck brah! Hope you find out what the problem is.

I'm thinking, and kinda hoping, that it's the poly bushings. But, I don't have luck like that. It's probably something stupid and expensive, like everything else in my life...
