All of the electronical checks discussed in earlier post have checkout out OK.But, when I removed the actuator cable from the servo assembly a small ammount of water, maybe 1/4 teaspoon dripped out.
There is a small port on the underside of the servo (not plugged).I guess it's possible that when I took my car to a high pressure wash to blow any salt residue out from the trip to Canada water entered the servo through that port.If so it must be toast.
Anyway, the pinpoint test says that if the cable is not broken or binding to replace the servo. So, I guess that's next.
Thanks again for those good responses. Need all the help I can get.
