My Cruise Control does not work. Everything else works fine. I have checked the fuses and they are okay. I have also checked to make sure it is connected to the throttle. I don't know where else to go from there. It has not worked since I got the SHO, a 1992. I did search but all the problems were related to non-working cruise control along with other devices such as horn or blinkers. I am only having a problem with the cruise.

Any suggestions?

I had a problem with my Cruise Control not working. I ended up being an easy fix. The clutch pedal was tripping the switch that disengages the CC and by simply pushing the clutch pedal up with my shoe :) before activating the CC I fixed the problem.

Wish all things have such an easy fix.

Could be your VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) - if this goes, the cruise system doesn't know how fast it's going, and the CC can't operate. Mine was bad in the 93, no cruise.

The earlier SHOs had a problem with the cruise control cable end unclipping from the throttle shaft on the throttle body. I know this is an obvious thing to see, but for you or others that loose cruise function, it is the first thing to check.
