Ok here is the problem..Trying to change wp,timing betl,cps and all the goodies on a friends sho..I am down to the pulley I got the bolt off...The pulley puller I have you use the bolt still and you try and back the pulley off!The bolt broke off inside the pulley..Now how do I get this damn pulley off?Tia

Use a larger "hook" type puller instead if possible, or drill out the bolt.

Bummer.

FYI, I have been able to use one bolt on one that busted off inside there, but I had already loosened the crank pulley on the crankshaft somewhat first.

Also, drill that bolt out anyway when you get it out, otherwise you may throw the balance off.

I would probably help to spray the area where the pulley mounts to the crank with some PB Blaster. This will help break-up the corrosion that may be impeding pulley removal.
