Is the 3.0 SHO MTX engine internally or externally balanced?

I'm doing a transplant into a Mustang and using the V8 bell housing, T-5 and 10.5" clutch. I plan on modifying an aftermarket 5.0 flywheel and need to know before I purchase the flywheel.

It is internally balanced.
