I am finishing up doing my CPS. The only thing is i dropped a screw for the CPS behind the plate that the CPS sits on.

My ? is what would happen if i left the screw there? i tried getting it for 45 mins and now i can't find it. Will this throw the CPS readings off,or even worse destroy my crank?
You need to get it out of there. Remove the timing belt and pull the timing belt gear - the screw is behind the plate that's connected it. You may not have to remove it all the way to get the screw out - you may just be able to pull it out an inch or so and be able to reach it.
I would suggest rotating the crank until the marks on the cam gears line up with the marks on the backing plate - that way when you put the belt back on you can be confident of the timing. For more information on this, see
http://www.kurtmetros.com/timingbelt.html - there is information on there about how to do this.
Good luck.
