hi De Leon.the crank position sensor is sitting right above your harmonic balancer .it is a silver plastic thing with lines on it.it kind of hoversabove the groves on the crank pulley.good luck

Your harmonic balancer is directly behind the passenger front wheel. In order to get to it you have to take off the wheel and pull the plastic wheel shroud off, then you'll be looking straight at it. It's the lowest pulley in the accessory belt system. As stated above, take of your harmonic balancer and you'll be looking at your CPS. And if you're going through all that trouble, might as well to the 60K unless it's been done very recently.

im confused i thought it was black and sat behind the reluctor wheel behind the timming belt crank gear:shrug::shrug:

not trying to hijack the thread - but that reluctor wheel in the picture, how would one go about replacing that and where would I get that from?

You can rent a puller from any auto parts store.

As for the gear, try the "parts car" classifieds. There's a guy there with 20 SHO's sitting around. That's where I got mine from.

The puller is called "Harmonic Damper Puller" from Autozone. I've rented it like 50 times. Your local autozone should have one in stock, if not, one close by does.

well thanks yall and thanks for hijacking alot of usefull info came from the hijack :)

Usually happens that way. That's why I never care if somebody does it in my threads.
