It is the panel that is under the wiper arms that has a bunch of slots to allow outside air into the car. When you change a windshield, this plastic panel has to come off.
Need this for a 1990 and a 1993 (they look the same at a glance). They are made with a split in the middle, so they fit in a box 13" x 33".
