Hey everyone. I have been searching for a while now trying to find somthing similar, but i didn't find much.

Heres the prob. My 92 has been running pretty hot latley. My gauge has been showing 230 at times and the fans have not come on at all. Now, i thought mabey my gauge was off (autometer ultra light), so i replaced the temp sender and now it doesnt work at all. It reads over 250 when it gets power.

I also ran my trouble codes to see if the fan would run then, and it did, but only on low speed. After running the codes i started the car to see if the fan would come on with the Max AC, Vent, or Defrost, and nothing.

Any thoughts? I need to get the gauge figured out too, so if anyone knows what i did wrong, please let me know. I put a stock replacment sender in.

Thanks!

it's a good posibility your ccrm is fried, it's that little box that is above the abs computer, if you test your fans with a bat, and they are good that would be my guess. hope you get em running, overheating sucks.

I forgot to add that. When i got my car it had a "J" module in it. I was having a high rpm loss of power issue and i swapped to an "M" module to see if it would go away. Well Last week i noticed that the fans were not working, so i put the "J" back in.

Is there a was to test the IRCM to see if it is bad??
