Cooling fan logic?

What temps do the cooling fans come on? Low and high? With a tune, what do you guys change it to?

Factory setting is 212°. I would guess most tuners turn it down to 180-190°. It is important to make sure your fan setting is higher than your thermostat or else they'll just run nonstop.
