Coolant Level Sensor

My low coolant light come on more often now, and im pretty sure its the level sensor in the tank, it likes to come on as soon as i start to drive agressive, after i floor it or so. (yeah theres coolant in there)

Anyone know where i can pick one up? (and aprox how much$?)

Is there a way to clean or fix the one in the tank now?

New aftermarket tanks are around $35. Replace the whole thing as yours is probably cracked on the bottom anyway.

Where can i find an after market one? ive been looking but cant find any, do they come with the sensor already installed?

I got mine off of eBay. It is the same one the Duratec uses. The Vulcan uses a different one with a hose ****** on each end of the tank. The Duratec/SHO tank has all the ******* on the front as it should be....

Indeed. ******* anywhere but on the front can be quite disturbing... :oogle:
