Just remove and replace the hose. At some point in time, they all go bad. Nothing special happening there. You might have to remove the intake though, unless you can squeeze your hands down there.

Under the intake, as in, under the throttle body? Yeah, those are fun.:nut:

It should be pretty easy to find the hose. I don't recall the size, but I'm sure someone will.

zerg... if your talking about that large / short hose, you'll have to pull the thermostat housing (peice on the left), and the other peice that holds the other temp sender (peice on the right). I think they're all 12mm nuts, you'll need to get the intake hose off, and its a lot easier with the throttle cables out of the way.

Take that peice into Napa or wherever and get any cheap peice that size. I don't remember what I bought, but it was the right diameter, and was like 3 bux, so it worked for me. I don't like the factory clamps either.. never have, I'd get 2 new heavy duty looking clamps. It makes installing the whole thing a little easier.

Might as well replace your thermostat too while your in there if its not too new.

You need 5/16" ID hose, either SAE 30R7 or SAE 30R9 specification (30R7 is cheaper). Typically sold as bulk fuel line.

For one of the hoses, and IIRC it is the one that goes under the TB and manifold, it is better to use a 90 degree molded hose because the regular bulk hose tends to crimp when bent to the required radius. The PN is Gates 18020 or NAPA 10020.
