hey guys i just installed the rod shifter upgrade on my 89 sho and i noticed that i have a coolant leak when the car sits for a couple of days! it appears to be coming from where a coolant line goes through the fire wall directly behind the engine right in the middle of the car! any ideas on what it might be or any repair hints?

You are refering to the 2 heater core coolant lines. Get some new ones from your local parts store. I just got some Gates a few weeks ago. Also, ditch the factory clamps, for some nice new worm clamps. Hopefully it's just the hoses, and not the heater core itself. While your in there, check the hard lines as well.:thumb:

well i'm not sure! it seems to have one hard line that goes in and from what i can see, there is some kind of plastic looking connection that has nothing connect to it (right below the hard line) and this is where i see the coolant dripping from! hard fix? looks like a pain to get too!
