Convention Reminder

The California Convention is coming up sooner than you think! Rooms will be VERY hard to get with major events close to the hotel in addition to ours, so if you are thinking about going and don't have a room yet, get it reserved. We must turn in any non-reserved rooms well before the event. IT is easy to cancel a room, but not easy to find one late.

Also, we really need everyone to get your registrations in ASAP. Especially for the superb track event that the California gang is putting together.

Don, I would like to help organize the NE caravan.
I noticed those havn't been setup yet, let me know what I can do to help.

Looks like that Valentine 1 and Police scanner will now come in handy.

I booked early for the Hotel, they rate was $139 when i booked, will that change for me now?

I thought i sent the registration out but it got lost in my pile of crap, i'll be sending it out ASAP.

Chris,

Go to the club web site and follow the instructions for room reservations. We should have rooms left, and they are NOT at $139! If you don't get the room rate advertised, then contact me or there should be a link for George Fourchy. The reservation desk must have the correct code for you to get the right rate. Don't wait any longer, the rooms won't last long.

As for the caravan, make up your route and dates, and get it to me, we will post it. Be glad to have someone in charge of the NE caravan. I assume you will take I-80 straight across.
