Console swap

Has anyone tried to put the 93 console in a 89-92? I have a 92, and my friend has a 90, and he likes his console, but I like the newer one better. Are the mountings the same and all that?

The 93-95 console will fit in a 90-92. Just make sure to get all the mounting brackets form the doner car. It will fit in an '89 but since the dash is different it does not line up correctly.
