Well in short the hose that runs from the degasser and then tee's and goes to each block as somehow decided to rupture somewhere past the split. (Possibly because I decided and inch and half of coolant would be plenty till I got home) The question is how do Is how do I fix or replace the one or two hoses.

It looks like I'm going to have to take the lower intake off but I'm hoping that's not the case. Also can I use a straight hose without it kinking.

I had to remove a bunch of stuff to get to those hoses that run under the intake. You will probably need a new t or 2. Those are plastic and they get really brittle over all that time and with all those heat cycles. I think I had to use straight bulk hose.

Well I got it all apart and fixed the broke hose. Cleaned the lower intake fairly well. Didn't have carb cleaner so I used a long flathead and a vacuum to get most the debree out. I wish I knew how to remove the butterflys completly. But I have them zip tied better then I did before.
The only thing I'm afraid of is the one hose may be slightly kinked is that much of a problem. I know this isn't a constant high pressure line.

It's probably not optimal but with straight bulk hose there isn't alot that can be done. I mean depending on where the kink is I guess you could look for a hard plastic sleeve of something but I wouldn't worry about it unless you notice a problem. I have similar problems with other small hoses on the opposite side of the motor.

I think on that particular hose you won't notice a problem unles it ruptures from to much pressure or gets wore out again. The one that's kinked and the one that was ruptured is the one that comes from the left side. Its Kinked right past the ******. It has to bend a bit in order for the other hose and the tee to fit in the right spot. The right side when I was taking it apart I pulled a bit on the hose and it just fell apart. So both got replaced which I was gonna do anyways.

Has anyone tried to run straight hose out further and then putting the tee on. My reason is with that tee so low I couldn't get it to where it wouldn't kink.
