Configuration of MFS

Well.. pulled something apart that was broke.. and I broke it.

I need to know how it is all configured. I'm pretty sure I have it configured right, but for some reason when I lock a signal in place, it blinks quickly (like a bulb is out). This happens on both sides.

I have checked the contacts and everything is on its track and lined up, so I don't know why it would be doing this.

Any ideas? (pictures of a working one would be good)

lol- and how much would that be?

btw- I would assume the green stuff is just dielectric grease, right?
