Hi, it's me again! :(
I hate posting in this forum because it means that I'm having problems...

I'm pretty much decided that to fix my clutch problems I'll just put in an entirely new assembly. I have 165+k miles on the original clutch and tranny.

After I did a Crank PS replacement and work on the front-side, the clutch quit engaging. The pedal would go in but the tranny and the motor were still connected. I put in a new cable (since it was on the last tooth on the adjuster) but it still doesn't engage enough to shift without grinding gears.

I realized a while ago that (previous to the complete clutch crap-out) I was driving with very low tranny fluid for around 9 months.

So my question is: through Autozone, I'll order the "clutch kit". (stupid website isn't working right now.) It's around $300.
Does this include everything I need to replace the clutch, TOB, etc...?
I've got a mechanic who can help me do the work, what do I look for in the tranny to make sure it will last a few more years?
Does anyone have the clutch video for sale, or where can I buy one?
Besides lifting tools, do I need any other special tools?

Thanks again,

The clutch video is available from www.shonutperformance.com. Even if the TOB comes with your Autozone PP and clutch disc set I would still purchase the ceramic TOB from SHO Nut. Many members on this forum are extremely happy with it and it should lengthen the life of your clutch. Email Josh with any questions...he's an excellent person to do business with thumb

Not to mention the price of the ceramic TOB was just reduced!
