Cold starting issue and slight misfire on a '95 ATX

Hello guys. My 1995 ATX is currently having issues at cold start up lately. It starts and revs normal but the RPMs dip really low after 5-7 seconds of the initial start. It will sometimes shut off or idle really low but after 20-30 secs it goes right back up to normal. Also, during the first 15-30 minutes of driving there is a slight misfire but goes away mostly after long periods of driving. I recently replaced the following:
-Replaced fuel pump
-Canister Purge Valve (the one on the car previously went bad)
-Vaccum lines to and from canister purge valve and charcoal canister
-cleaned out T fitting to the canister
