Codes for ruff idler

My SHO has been running ruff since the day I got it. (1 month ago)

I ran the code test and found these:
327
551

111
172
136

I know 172 and 136 are related to the O2 sensors. Should I change these?

327 could be the EGR tubes need cleaned. Where exactley are these (pic?)

111 system checks OK (How could it?)

551 has to do this the Intake Manafold Runner Control. There is little info about this code on shoforum.com. Can anyone enlighten me on this code aswell?

327 could be the DPFE device is bad, or the egr tubes are clogged. The sensor is on the rear of the intake manifold, and the tubes are on the pipe that runs between the egr valve on the intake manifold and the rear exhaust manifold.

551 is the IAS circuit failure.

172 is rh (rear) bank lean and 136 is lh (front) bank lean. o2 sensors typically fail in this condition, but since both are this way you should also check carefully for vacuum leaks on the intake manifold. There are 8 (iirc) different vacuum lines connected to the intake, and over the years they tend to get rotted, so you could easily have one or more intake vacuum leaks.

Having the paperclip on will do nothing to cause or eliminate any smoke. White smoke is usually from water/antifreeze getting into the combustion chambers, while oil burning is more blue in color and rich (too much gas) is more gray/black. It could be that there was water in the exhaust system that was being evaporating and condensing back, or it could be that you have a head gasket leak or a cracked head/block. You will need to monitor this to see if it was a unique situation, or if it does it continuously.

Ok thanks, that gives me a lot to think about. The white smoke is gone. It did rain today and I didn't give it a second thought that it might be something different.
