i get a code 176 HEGO sensor indicates system lean (LH). and 332 EGR valve opening not detected. i know about the 332 but the wered thing is i just got a new engine put in my car and that is the same code that i got before with the old engine. but i have no clue about the 176. any help would be apreciated

erase the codes by running the test and while it is spitting out the codes, pull the paper clip out. Then drive on it for a day and then check the codes again.

The blend door is behind the EATC, and It selects heat, A/C or a "blend" for in between temperatures. The actuator that moves the door back and forth is most likely the culprit, part # FODZ-19E616-A $ 53.99 at www.fordpartsnetwork.com.

The ford shop manual quotes it at around 6 hours labor. Labor rates can vary, but around here they average $70-80 per hour.
