According to the DTC listing on v8sho.com, P1413 is "SAI System Monitor Circuit Low Input". Souds like your SAI (Secondary Air Injection) Pump is on its way out or dead. Generally, it's not the greatest idea in the world to just delete codes and hope they don't come back. If you're not already a member, I'd suggest joining the v8sho e-mail list and asking about that code on there. At least 2 or 3 people have access to the service CD, and can tell you all of the down and dirty details on what needs to be done to actually fix the problem.

P1413 means the return voltage from the SAI pump solid state relay is low. More than likely it is the relay that is bad. There is no performance nor drivability issues from this code.

The relay is located under the SAI pump which attached to the subframe and located under the ABS controller that is under the battery. When under the car look at the front drivers side corner of the subframe, you can see a short 3/4" hose that is not connected to anything. This is the SAI air intake hose.
