Hey everyone i'm just here for some input. I'm not to sure what clutch I want to purchase. i've got a few mods on my car but not enough to consider it "heavily" moddified, and i'm debating on wether to get just a stock clutch or a stage 1 or something. I don't really run my car hard beside the occasional runs once in a while, and with the car being my daily driver i'm looking more for reliability than performance.

I would go with the Clutchmasters Stage I from SHObros with the ceramic SHOnut throwout bearing. If budget is a concern, then stick with the stocker, but definitely do the ceramic TOB. You won't regret it. I have these two mods and it's definitely worth the extra $$$. Many others will testify to the durability of the ceramic TOB as well. Use the search button and find for yourself!

CM Stage 1 feels like the stock clutch and pressure plate, but with the CM you have stronger straps and larger rivets on the pressure plate. I highly recommend CM stage 1 and the ceramic TOB that Josh offers. I have both on my SHO now.

I am selling a Spec Stage II in the classifieds section, its brand new... and has the stronger straps as well... i think it holds somewhere up to 350 HP, so youre good in that department, plus it has a stock pedal feel.

I certainly hope that isn't one of the stage II clutches that has been getting bad press due to failure.

the stage 2 is built to hold 330 ft tq so it will hold a lot and I LOVE mine its great. Id recommend that or at least the cm stage 1 because stock sucks:rofl: Its nice to have a harder hitting clutch imo that you can hit hard or engage smoother if needed.:thumb:

well i sold it to my buddy now... it actually is a clutch that i got back from SPEC because the one i had from them failed... :( i hope for his sake that they did better this time around... and the issues that i had appear to be fixed... i still wouldnt buy from them again, but i would feel comfortable putting this one in my car if i had to tomorrow
