Ok, First I would like to thank all who help me out!!
My SHO is getting old now (179,000miles) And Im assuming its on its original Clutch. So Right there Im assuming Its the clutch thats in need to being replaced =P BUT I want your expert opions.... When I push in the clutch there is a type ticking noise, when i release its gone. Also I cant shift in to Reverse without a TON of trouble, and Its very hard to go into 1st also. the rest of the gears are a pain to get into, but do-able. Also in 3-4th gear it feels like the tranny is kickin it into the gear.

If it is my clutch, or just a certain part. Can you tell me where to get a new one or the parts for the best price too.

if your clutch is dissingaging close to the floor or your pedal feels kinda heavy those are signs of clutch needing to be replaced, also I doubt that it has the original clutch with that many miles on the car.alot of times when it is hard to shift into gears that could also be cause the clutch needs to be replaced,
I thought that my sincros were bad when that happend to me but it was just in need of new clutch and flywheel, fluid change.go with a spec stage 2 clutch if on a budget and get your flywheel reground.
