Everything seemed to be working fine , I went to shift and the clutch pedal went to the floor and stayed there , you can pull it back up but will go the the floor again , what is the common problem with these , cable broke? ratchet pawl is bad? what should I look for? thanks.

Yes the clutch cable end broke off on the transmission clutch actuator arm. Any good reproduction cables out there?

I got my cable from RCM and clutch cables aren't to bad to replace. Just make sure you hold the clutch pedal up in the air when replacing it, because IIRC if you don't you can break the clutch adjuster;)

Thanks

Thanks again you guys and F-22 Raptor SHO , I replaced the cable yesterday , it took three days to arrive , nobody had one in stock , so I tied a wire around the cable underneath the dash like F-22 Raptor SHO suggested and removed the air box out to have a little more room , the job took a little over an hour , thanks again for all your help.

Took me like two hours to do mine just because it was being such a pain in my ass. Overall it is a simple job, but the approach is what makes it annoying.
