How do I remove the clutch fork so I can replace the clutch for bushings? I took the bolt out and can't remove the lever.

Twist and lift. If its that stuck penetrating oil will help. Really just push the lever around till the fork is against the case and keep going till it frees up then keep twisting it back and forth while you lift it.
