Well i've had the NEW clutch and lightweight flywheel installed for almost a week, and i bought some new *UPGRADED* fork bushings from [email protected]ver i am having major issued getting the fork out to change these bushings, there's no rotation or movement of any kind, a 24hr WD-40soak did no good, so now were considering heating it up w/a torch to see if the heat will expand it enough to break loose...BTW, i myself have NOT had a chance to see it first hand...i've been to :vomit: to step out the door, so my Dad has been doing the dirty work...ISHODU...i told him to try what u said, and no worky, said there is no movement in there ...IS this a good idea or is there other means???.....thanx to all..sorry so long!!!

Try PB Blaster. That stuff works for me every time.

To get the fork out there is bolt that has to be removed. Maybe I was lucky, I just had to tap on the fork a few times and it came loose.

May want to replace the fork while you are in there.

Heat works well. Lightly heat the contact area and get a big cheater bar on the fork to lever it (or wedge it with a piece of wood and lever off the clutch cable end) and be careful. Keep working it and it will come. They can be a PITA though I know how you feel.
