Clutch Break in?

I just got a new clutch.I was wondering if there was a break in period for it?

Drive it normally (but don't abuse it!) for 100 miles or so. Try to make smooth shifts when starting out from a stop, slipping the clutch as much as necessary to keep the shift smooth. Try to avoid really spirited driving during that period. Maybe as much as 500 miles, but 100 miles might be good enough. Grocery getter mode driving for that time.
