Cluster turn signal not working

Yesterday we replaced the drivers side axel seal, since then the left turn signal inside of the car does not blink, anyone have an idea why?
it was working fine before we did the seal.
The turn signals outside of the car all work fine

Your saying it doesn't light up at all? Its a bulb, bulbs burn out. Pull the cluster and replace the bulb.
