Finally had 10-21-2 performed. Hopefully I won't have anymore of these events. BTW, in speaking with some, once this issue starts, it supposedly gets worse. Of course, now I see yesterday there is a new TSB 11-5-6, so, if 10-21-2 don't fix my issue, we'll go with that one. Mine was starting to do this once every two weeks. A few others I've spoken with say that 10-21-2 fixed this issue, so, I'm hopeful.

Also of note, I spoke with 'someone' :angelnot: that purchased an early Job1 '10 model in late 2009 who had lots of problems, but, this person is in a position that allowed him to help Ford troubleshoot the issues and resolve them. He said had the situation been different, he too probably would have filed for lemon status. But, after the TSB's he and the family love the car. He says of the early '10s that get the attention they need for fixes, they are all ok afterwards. He also mentioned no issues so far with '11s except an annoying headliner issue in that it sags near the rear. (interesting)

I'll watch for the sagging....tnx for the headsup......I do have a slight rattle somewhere in that area of the headliner (it's hard to pinpoint at this juncture)
which may or may not be related.
