This clunk happends every time i turn right from a stop, i notice it the most when i first start driving and it happends less often the longer i drive or so it seems, i know i need struts, bushing and could probobly use springs, could they be related.

Subrame bushings, endlinks, and strutrod busings could all be suspects. The CV joint could do it along with a strut mount, if it was excessively worn.
