I don't know if it makes a difference, but my car just had the tranny rebuilt, so obviously everything was moved around.
But here's the problem. Every time I hit the brakes I hear and feel a clunk on the drivers side right around my left foot. Almost feels as if the subframe bolts weren't tightened down enough, and it is rocking back and forth. This also happens if I take off kind of fast. When I'm sitting at a red light, and the car rolls forward a little, and I hit the brakes, it makes the noise.
I'm stumped on this one. I just replaced all tie rods, control arms with ball joints, and had aluminum sub frame bushings put in. Anyone have this problem before??
Thanx guys.
