I'm assuming you mean the MAF sensor rather than the MAF itself. There are 2 screws that hold the MAF sensor to the MAF assembly. Just take those out and carefully remove the sensor. There are 2 wires that get clogged up with crap, they remind me of the filaments in a light bulb. Be very careful when handling it, they are tender. Gently spray the filaments with some degreaser, I use Berrymans Chemtool without the straw. Allow to dry and reinstall. Again, be very careful when handling the sensor.
If you're talking about the MAF itself, just undo the hose clamps to remove, then spray it out with degreaser and wipe dry and then reinstall.
