Cigarette Lighter

I use my cig lighter outlet for my radar detector. Last week it came unscrewed from its base. So, does anyone know how to get in there to fix it? It does not look very difficult to do if I can get in there.

passenger side, front bottom carpeted part of console will fold out like a door. pull down and out. then you will have access. got this info via a previous post from another member, forgot who, worked for me on my 98, hope 97 isn't different.
