I have already replace the coil pack on my 93 SHO and it is still there. I thought that it was the coil pack becuase it did have a crack late in the year last year that I quick fixed with some silicon.

It happens when I am in any of the gear really pushing on the gas, especially when I am passing someone. Do you think I have plug and wire problems or a fuel problem?

You need to be more specific about your problem. It could be you need new plugs and wires. Or you need a new fuel pump/filter. How long has it been since you replaced your plugs/wires? how many miles on your car?

This will be my second summer and I have not changed the plugs and wires yet.

The chugging feels almost like you are running out of gas but there is still power there if that makes sense. Under regular operation the car runs fine, just when I really push on the gas to hall you know what.

I did though change the fuel filter when I first purchased the car two years ago. Should I have to change it already?

Oh yah, I do have over 170,000 this week.

I think your car needs a fuel pump. They ususally die around that mileage. A stock one shouldn't cost you more than $60-$75. Good luck.
