I saw a few SHO's with chrome trimings around the windows on the outside of there vechicles, and I think that would look awsome on my Chrome SHO fill in Body Letter kit on my Emerald Green Gen II SHO. Please tell me what you think and where I might be able to get that chrome trimings.

What you saw was the trim on the 92-93 SHO's, 94-95's had the black trim. It will be a PITA to replace, really not worth the effort. I was thinking about doing it once but changed my mind.

I`ve always wondered why on the 91+`s they blacked everything out,but added the chrome trim.I don`t like it much myself.

94taurusSHO,

The '92-'93 came with the chrome trim, and the '94-'95 came with the black.

If your black trim is in good condition, I'll trade you my good condition chrome trim, as I've always wanted the black on my car.

Just got to figure out how to remove it. Anyone?

EDIT: John, what's up, man? If you're really considering switching let me know. We could meet somewhere (your place or mine) and swap. BTW, did you sell your wheels? Thought I saw them on ebay. What did you replace them with?!?

Hey Steve-o, not much going on here, just wishing Spring would hurry the **** up and get here! I had the switching thought a couple years ago, but then the body shop guy talked me out of it, kinda glad he did. About the rims, yeah they sold for $475, guy got a great deal IMO. I have my eye on some other wheels, not sure if I'll stick with 17's or go with 18's. shrug
