Neither, though I'd pick the Chilton's over the Haynes, from previous ownership of both, from 2 different cars.
Go with a Ford Shop Manual (Helms). www.books4cars.com has them relatively cheap ($60), www.helminc.com for the new ones, or hang out on ebaymotors.com & see the SHO specific stuff there. Always a shop manual or two there.
Also consider the EVTM companion manual as a second step.
I have the Haynes and Helms, the Haynes doesn't even cover the SHO, so it's not much help. The Helms is really the only good book, and you can get it cheap. They pop up on Ebay once in a while, I got mine for $24.
BTW Jeremy what car is that? It looks like its setup for a top-speed run, no lights and no hood/fender gaps. The whole front end looks like one piece.

Believe it or not, I have a Chilton's and learned through a phone call to Ford why my car wouldn't start after replacing the plug wires during a valve gap job. That darn coil pack wiring diagram.
