No, you should have around 150-200 with all 6 cylinders within 10% of each other.

No. Should be around 39 psi.

Well on first i setup my compression tester.. and turn the engine on..
It read like 157.. but then i released the pressure and let it go from scratch.. while the engine was going.. and it stood around 60-62.. so did i do it right?

As for fuel pressure.. im gonna change my fuel filter that may help. otherwise i need a new pump huh...

If the valve caps on the tires are frozen, your best best would be to go to a tire place and have them replace the stems (~$5/tire). It would probably be a good time to have the tires balanced if they haven't been done in a while.

Ahem...ahem....he was talking about tires also.

Take the car to a tire place as previously instructed, they'll replace the valve stems or get the caps off for you.

Generally, here's how to do a cylinder compression check:

1) Diasble the ignition. Unplugging the DIS accomplishes this on the SHO

2) Install the guage's hose connector into the spark plug opening in place of the spark plug. Clean the well before removing the old plug for obvious reasons.

3) Starting with a reset guage, crank the engine until the guage reading quits climbing. This will take a few seconds.

4) Record reading, remove guage, reset it, and move to the next cylinder.

half-way there, I think.
Let me get this straight - you had the engine running while doing the compression test?? Yikes - please come here and ask questions before you do stuff like that.
